In 2021, Katie Moe received the Community Impact Award from Side, the brokerage platform behind Connect California Homes, recognizing agents who go beyond the transaction to make a measurable difference in the communities they serve.

The recognition came largely out of her work during the pandemic, when she helped organize Feed a Firefighter, delivering meals to local firefighters battling the Pleasanton Lightning Complex Fire, and flocked yards with flamingos to bring birthday cheer to kids whose celebrations had been put on hold. It also reflects values she's carried since 2005, going the extra mile for clients navigating an uncertain market, coaching adaptive youth soccer through TOPSoccer, and organizing the Tri-Valley's annual coat drive.
