A Remarkable Year in East Bay Real Estate

Since launching Connect California Homes in March 2022, realtor Katie Moe and her team have made a significant mark in the East Bay real estate market. From helping clients find their dream homes to giving back to the community, their first year in Pleasanton and the surrounding East Bay has been filled with milestones.

2022 Highlights – East Bay Real Estate Success

In their inaugural year, the Pleasanton real estate team proudly achieved over $60.5 million in total sales across the East Bay. This incredible real estate volume reflects the team’s dedication to clients and their expertise as trusted realtors in Pleasanton and the East Bay.

Team Growth in Pleasanton

Over the past eight months, Connect California Homes has grown its team by 50%, adding a full-time marketing manager to support their Pleasanton real estate operations. The team plans to continue expanding in 2023, creating opportunities for passionate realtors who want to make an impact in the East Bay real estate market. Community Impact Across the East Bay

Giving back is a core value for the team. In May, they hosted their first annual shredding event in Pleasanton, welcoming neighbors to safely “drive up and shred.” It was a fun and impactful way to engage the community while demonstrating the heart of East Bay realtors who care about their neighborhoods.

The team also launched Connect to a Cause, a quarterly initiative supporting East Bay nonprofits. Their first campaign celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month, partnering with Culinary Angels, a Pleasanton nonprofit that provides organic meals and nutrition support for cancer patients and caregivers.

To support this cause, the Pleasanton real estate team hosted Xtreme Music Bingo on October 27th at BottleTaps in Pleasanton, donating 15% of proceeds to Culinary Angels. The evening also featured a raffle, raising over $1,000 to benefit the local community. This is just one example of how East Bay realtors can give back while building strong connections.

In November, the team held their Annual Warm Coat Drive in partnership with Hively and Porky’s Pizza Palace. Residents of Pleasanton donated over 300 coats in exchange for free pizza. The event demonstrated how Pleasanton realtors and East Bay real estate professionals can create meaningful local impact.

Looking Forward in East Bay Real Estate

This first year in the Pleasanton real estate market would not have been possible without the team’s hard work, the trust of clients, and the support of the East Bay community. Katie Moe and her team of East Bay realtors are excited to continue growing, serving clients, and supporting local causes throughout Pleasanton and the East Bay real estate market in 2023.
