At Connect California Homes, giving back to our community in Pleasanton is at the heart of what we do. Every October, we proudly go pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention, and this year marked our 3rd Annual Connect to a Cause campaign. Our goal? To raise funds, strengthen community connections, and support the incredible work of Culinary Angels in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley area.
Xtreme Music Bingo Fundraiser at BottleTaps Pleasanton
On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, BottleTaps Restaurant in Pleasanton hosted our exciting Xtreme Music Bingo fundraiser. Neighbors from across Pleasanton and surrounding communities came together for an evening of music, prizes, and fun—all in support of Culinary Angels!
Culinary Angels provides life-changing, nutrient-rich meals and nutrition education to individuals and families facing cancer, making them an essential part of the Pleasanton community.

The night was full of energy as players competed in Xtreme Music Bingo, listening to 30-second music clips and racing to shout “Bingo!” first. Attendees also participated in a raffle with incredible prizes, including:
A two-night Airbnb stay in Arnold
BottleTaps Restaurant in Pleasanton generously donated 15% of the evening’s profits to Culinary Angels, and all raffle proceeds went directly to Culinary Angels, increasing the impact of the event for families in need.
The Impact of Culinary Angels in Pleasanton
Representatives from Culinary Angels shared their mission with the Pleasanton community. They explained how the funds raised directly support Culinary Angels’ programs, ensuring people facing cancer in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley have access to healthy, nourishing meals and support during difficult times.
Thanks to the generosity of the Pleasanton community, the Xtreme Music Bingo fundraiser raised $1,361 for Culinary Angels, helping sustain their essential work.
